About Michelle A. Berglund-Harper, Esq.

Murphy & Berglund, PLLC was established with the objective of providing estate planning for all Florida residents, from basic will planning to complex trust planning.

As managing partner at Murphy & Berglund, PLLC, Attorney Michelle A. Berglund-Harper’s practice areas include, but are not limited to, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Elder law, Medicaid and VA Applications and Appeals, Probate planning, Trust administration, and Guardianship.

Prior to partnering with Attorney Jodi Murphy in 2011, Mrs. Berglund-Harper ran her own firm (under her maiden name Berglund in Orlando, FL) which focused primarily on family law, representing victims of domestic violence and business matters.

Mrs. Berglund-Harper is also:

  • A Court Appointed Attorney in Seminole County for Guardianship matters who represents clients with alleged mental incapacities, the elderly, and for those with developmental disabilities.
  • A member of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association’s Attorney Referral List for those seeking social security benefits.
  • Managing partner at Murphy & Berglund, PLLC, Head of Litigation and Director of Murphy & Berglund’s internship program for law students.
